Cut from a sheer base fabric densely covered in oversized sky-blue paillette sequins, this deep V halter top drapes from a high halter neckline that ties at the back of the neck, falling open in a dramatic plunge before gathering softly at the waist with a delicate tie fastening at the front. The paillettes catch and scatter light with every movement fluid, luminous, and impossible to ignore. The back is entirely bare, with a single thin strap sitting low across the back.
