DO YOU COVER THE CUSTOMS COST?

Please note that we do not cover any costs for customs or other additional transportation or importation fees.

All items bought on sale cannot be returned only exchanged.

CAN I RE-USE THE PROMO CODE I USED TO BUY THE ORDER I'M RETURNING?

Unfortunately the promo code is only one time use.

WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN RETURN A PACKAGE AFTER RECEIVING IT?

We're unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 7 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank and will be processed back to the original payment method.
